Use the reference you received for a lost/stolen/found report, support message or API access request. Status updates and replies stay attached to the same reference, so you do not need to rely on email.
Keep your reference private and save it for your records. During high-volume periods a human review may take longer, but updates will appear here as soon as they are published.
